2、使用:
●液體Zeocin可用于細胞培養(yǎng)。
●用于篩選轉(zhuǎn)化株的Zeocin濃度根據(jù)pH值和鹽濃度改變。
●pH越高，鹽濃度越低Zeocin活性越大。
●普通大腸桿菌菌株篩選可在25μg/ml zeocin濃度的低鹽LB瓊脂培養(yǎng)基中進行，pH調(diào)至7.5。
●動物細胞篩選：根據(jù)不同細胞系從100到750μg/ml。
●植物細胞篩選：根據(jù)不同的細胞種類和培養(yǎng)基從50到250μg/ml。
●酵母篩選：取決于種屬和培養(yǎng)基，S。cerevisiae Sh ble轉(zhuǎn)化株在50μg/ml濃度的YPD培養(yǎng)基中篩選，pH7.0.304015.

Description
Zeocin? Reagent is a member of the bleomycin antibiotic family. Resistance is conferred by the Sh ble gene which encodes a 13,665 dalton protein. In cells expressing the protein, Zeocin? is prevented from binding and cleaving the cellular DNA. Zeocin? is effective on most aerobic cells and can be used for selection in mammalian and insect cell lines, yeast, and bacteria. The amount of Zeocin? required for selection will vary between 50-2000 ug/ml (typically 300 ug/ml) depending on the cell type.
